Stop that.

This afternoon.

National College of Ireland, Dublin.

To mark International Women’s Day, financial giant Amundi announced a partnership with the National College of Ireland (NCI), to support women into Finance through a three-year scholarship and mentoring programme.

Everyone’s cross today.

Cross.

Suit yourselves.

Excellent initiative; hopefully there are no young aspiring males seeking a career with Amundi in the next three years, otherwise they may face rejection due to them not being female and I wonder would this be seen as a discriminatory move or would diversification cover that.

Sure with the way society is nowadays, all one has to do on their CV is not mention their sex (if they have one) and then in the interview just say “I identify as a female” if questioned on their appearing to look like a male.

All sorted and the equilibrium will be maintained.

A huge proportion of women leave white-collar jobs after thirty once their clock takes precedence.

Vast sums are being poured into the physiology of keeping them in the workforce until they are forty and it’s too late.

    Disgracful.

+1 Janet… But it is close. My lovely lady would not recommend it. As in, would not recommend putting it off so late.

Truth be told, both of us before we got together had thought we’d missed that bus…. We were very, very lucky. She was 42, and I 47.

my little tot there I was 43,
it’s much harder later on…the sleep ! But it’s not too late and in many ways it’s easier , no fomo !

    What is this baloney?

Most employees in finance are women. The CEOs of Bank of Ireland and AIB, screwing people, are both women.

    All shown are white.

Such genderwashing ID card lanyard shoi’ . Let’s see some diversity.
