The Irish Examiner has discovered a property in Co Clare being offered for free to a “slim Ukrainian” woman, with an expectation of sex. The landlord has demanded a photo from a prospective renter before he will reveal the exact location of the property.https://t.co/ocWUZOsdix pic.twitter.com/xftAXFqjgv

He should be castrated and banned from taking anyone in.
Even better named displayed and jailed
Hasn’t this been going on the last 3 years with dodgy landlords, Soc Dems TD Cian OCallaghan is putting forward legislation…you know…because the GOV didn’t think it was an issue that warranted legislation
Three years
Let’s be honest with ourselves
Pretty sure sex for rent credit is a practice that’s centuries old
Delete me all you like fupp boys, doesnt change the fact that you both have pushed disgusting and dangerous disinformation on here for years now, all the while playing the victim card when anyone calls you out on it.
Propaganda indeed.
Grain of terror, no issue with criticism but you can make your point without getting personal about our lives.
It could go to Joe.ie or the journal for echo chambers, instead it prances around here whining like a stuck pig..
You deleted my criticism the last two times I posted it and not in any place did I get personal? I thought it was very rational and written as impersonally as I could.
This is clickbait rubbish. Where is the proof or evidence?
I think that warrants a little bit more than an “ah. Here.”
It’s a extremely horrible & dangerous & nasty situation.
Merely drawing attentoon to it, and reposting the ad image without any analysis or investigation, is as good as saying, ‘well, if they can get away with it….”
“Ah. Here.” – implies that you find it unnacceptable – morally, yet the phrase really denotes your flippancy and ambivalence.
I think it was a ‘joke’ ad. I wouldn’t take it too seriously.
Is it real or not? Because if it is real that person should be locked up for some serious time, that is essentially a form of human trafficking/slavery to do that to someone, especially someone with refugee status.
If it’s not, it’s hardly something to be making jokes about.
You never left a ”harrumph” Ian.
I’ve seen enough of this carry on from scumbag landlords exploiting vulnerable women in exactly this manner, after working in the lettings industry for some years.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all to find out it’s no joke at all.
Ah, here.
#notalllandlords?
