    Culchie Carvery Caviar.

He’s right though, Dublin Airport is an embarrassment as well as a rip off. Eff all choice.

As a chef I know slaw from catering suppliers has weeks of shelf life
And my stomach is churning already

Choice begins by opting for RyanAir and so avoid the elongated shopping mall shide that is Terminal 2.

I really don’t understand the beer garden at the pub, where they allow people smoke but not drink beer? Very odd altogether.

It’ss about drunk troublesome passengers getting on a flight
All bars should be banned at airports and I am a purveyor of alcohol
The thing I do not understand is many including my wife smoke due to stress
Maybe a divorce for her might be healthier in the long term
        Maybe not
I was a smoker and remember the days one could smoke on a flight and I smoked non stop due to the stress and air rage was unheard of in those days

Eh? Who exactly buys your beer and food Terry/David?
I bet you can’t give your slop away

I am not a big fan of coleslaw, but when I do have it I would like pieces small enough to actually fit in my mouth!

Last Sunday 8th we had a family get together and asked the lady from the local GAA club who does the meals there to cater for us. Her coleslaw was excellent – she could certainly teach these folks a thing. And I am sure that her portions cost less than €5 each.

I would say slightly she made it herself fresh
For within two hours the mayo sucks the water out of the cabbage
Unless of course you use some sort of preservative to ensure that dose not happen
Commercial coleslaw lasts for weeks in a fridge

Thanks, Kin. That makes sense. I did not know that about mayo – very interesting. Might explain why some of my old school sandwiches made the night before were nowhere near as nice the next day in the fields.
It was very good coleslaw, though :-)

Sorry for the late response – after the morning rains I took the opportunity to get a bit more hedge clearing done. Sadly, still no sign of the little flowers, so I am not sure what the bees think of me!
