As far as I know that spider is a solitary tree dwelling type and usually avoids humans or going indoors.
It’s amazing how it lifted that rat into the tree and then cocooned it as a blood bank to live on for a while.
I’d say your fine for about a week to ten days at least but after that don’t leave any raw meat lying around for too long.
Unless it finds another blood source in the meantime.
