   Maybe they will keep him, I wonder if there is a market in Aus, for jokes that were first used in 70’s sitcoms, for people who never heard them 1st time round as they were in a coma?

      I’d say there is. I detest that brand of slapstick / panto comedy but O’Carroll is not a bad sort at all and commended for his charity work.

         I’d guess they lap that stuff up in Oz. I’m with you, it’s not to my tastes but in fairness to him, he delivers it well.
