Galway city council seem to hate their city.
Killing it
I was under the impression that the new law was only to prevent buskers using amplification during the day (9-6).
Surely this allows more buskers on a given street as they aren’t competing on volume?
Some of the gobdaw buskers on Grafton Street should be hung, drawn and quartered (as a tribute to crowd tittilation). SO LOUD.
I won’t walk down that street
people seem to loose all ability to put one foot in front of the other effectively once on it
#getoutofmyway
nobody has any issue with a few good buskers along the street providing a bit of atmos for a some spare change
however, if you want to bring the fupping philharmonic or your dance troupe to grafton st and encourage everyone to encircle you and block the street, book a venue and sell tickets
