#DOBvSBP Luán Ó Braonáin SC, for DOB, puts to Kehoe that he has given impression the work being done on the PwC report was done with some “secrecy”
IK agrees. Says SBP didn’t want it getting out to rival newspapers or Govt/anyone who might seek to injunct publication of articles

This morning/afternoon.
The High Court.
Questioning has continued of Ian Kehoe , former editor of The Sunday Business Post in the libel action taken by Denis O’Brien over articles on the 20018 banking crisis published in the newspaper in 2015.
The ‘sheet‘s Olga Cronin is live tweeting from the High Court and can be followed here.
More as Olga gets it.
UPDATE:

Anyone else think the questioning from DOB lawyers, like that one above, are being knocked out of the park too easily…. as in, with using just a bit of cop on :)
Is it a tactic… like death by spoon or something?
The ABC newspaper circulation figures just out and covered in the Irish Times. Very very very very worrying for some newspapers.
Jaysus! How old is yer man Kehoe? He looks like a leaving cert student who has put on a suit for an interview.
Luán Ó Braonáin – have to say I miss the Hothouse Flowers. Oh. Right.
And Bad Manners too.
