No, the pup on the top has brown fur around the top of his head. Hamish/Tyson is black (you can see it better on the Irish Rail video on Twitter)
Quite similar though.
presumably because they’re scabby hoors who won’t fork out 40 bucks to microchip their pets. Its compulsory for dogs. I have 2 cats, I microchipped them because I love them. it is not compulsory for cats. It all depends on how much you care about your companion animal.
