they are. in a neo-liberal society the wealth divide is greater, so people who turn to violence, who have the propensity to do so, do so more frequently as they feel a further pinch in their pocket and further alienation from other sections of society. this is not excusing the behviour as some people may comment. merely a fact. happens in every country using the same governence as ours. when it comes down to it, that man died because of Fine Gael. come at me, Rob_G, Cian, et al
