The guy only has 2.5 years to try and make a change so, clearly, he prioritised the areas where he has said that he wanted to make that change. Finance, Housing & Education, for example. Those departments are the ones that got FF guys at the helm. Martin gave FG posts to those departments which will see less oversight from himself. I find it refreshing actually that he didn’t just hand out jobs for the boys on a long service basis.
