Behold: the 2022 Ferrari 296 Gran Turismo Berlinetta – featuring the first in a new series of smaller, more efficient Formula 1 style hybrid powertrains.

The GTB has an 830bhp twin turbo 2992cc V6 with a 164bhp electric motor keeping the turbos spooled up for immediate action.

Yours next year from €269,000 for the ‘base’ model or considerably more for the ultra lightweight Assetto Fiorano ’track package’.

You know you are really getting old when you realise that the car you like would kill your knees getting in. I hate to think about getting out!

Was out with a pal on Saturday who’s looking to buy a Porsche electric car and had a go at getting into a 911. It’s not the easiest think to get into or out of. A car like that Ferrari would be hard to live with at my age.

It is nice for sure!!And those seats! The Poltrona Frau leather Ferrari sometimes uses is just gorgeous. And that little screen is neat. Funny, my car has a touch screen on the passenger side too and it’s kinda useful. As in my wife can mess about with music and stations and maps and so on. But it’s kinda pointless in equal measures.

This is all about that time Santy didn’t bring you Scalextric one Christmas, isn’t it?

    Get over it…
    Face up to the facts…

    Your parents didn’t love you.
    Simple!

    Move on…

I’d be very surprised if labour do well in the by election, they seem like Fianna Fáil when it comes to having an identity crisis.
