I am not sure about that model, but the Model As, with a similar era engine, could officially do 65 mph. Must have been fun on older roads. I was at a parade one time, and the owner of a Model A said in some ways modern roads were worse. With their narrow tyres, modern road surfaces can be very slippy. A modern tyre will put about 4-6 square inches on the surface, the more cycle-like wheels of older cars could put about 3 sqi down.

With a surprisingly small difference in the overall weight, and more inefficient drum brakes, this must have made driving these a fun job, and really good for arm wrestlers :-)

As an almost complete aside, I remember a TV series I liked called Bearcats! which featured a 1914 Stutz Bearcat. Made in Milwaukee (hence my continued interest as Little Slightly lives there, and it is my fatherly duty to know irrelevant snippets of information about anywhere she is :-) ) the series claimed they could do 60 mph in reverse.
