Following the unprecedented success of previous ‘Biggest Disco’ events around UK and Ireland, the Biggest 90’s – 00’s Disco comes to Punchestown Racecourse on 25th June, 2022 from 2pm – 12.30am…with 15,000 disco fans set to dance across three stages in Kildare this summer.

This event marks the Biggest Disco’s first festival since 2019 and will feature some of the biggest acts of the 1990s and 00s including Maxi Jazz (Faithless), Basshunter, Vengaboys, Gala, Paul Oakenfold and many more, guaranteeing ticket holders over ten hours of nostalgic fun.

Fans can expect an immersive experience featuring flash mobs, confetti, fire, CO2 jets, drone shows, fireworks, and many more surprises as over 40 acts from the 90’s and 00’s take to the stage

To celebrate the return of The Biggest Disco we have two (yes, TWO!) tickets to give away.

To enter, simply share who your favourite DJ from the 90s or OOs is and why.

    Everyone in Ireland knew his voice and never turned him down
    Or off
    He didn’t have to work at being a DJ
    He just was

    He never tried to be too cool or too clever

    and was never a Montrose lovie

    And oddly enough was a brilliant interviewer btw
    As laid back and comfortable as Wogan, but somehow managed to extract far more details from the guest, Larry Gogan was far less giddy I suppose
    but all that work was set aside for the Radio 1 to Studio 1 personality / performer ranks in RTE

    Only one winner here
    And to make the case even more solid

    If Larry was still with us
    He’s know every track that gets played, and where the band came from
    In fact, I’d say he’d even fill one of the stages/ tents at it himself

    Doesn’t look like anyone wants these tickets with a front row seat to witness sadness descending.. I think those acts are best kept for 30 minutes of bouncing around the kitchen table over Christmas..

        I met Robert Miles in Ibiza. He was a truly lovely man and it was my pleasure to meet him. He was very involved in his White Isle radio station. Oakenfold, who I see will also be spinning some tunes, produced all his best work. I wouldn’t go to a trance festival either, even if in principle I’d like the idea, the reality wouldn’t work. But, you’re right, it’s mighty hard to produce any show and the organisers should be commended. Reliving the past isn’t for me. That said, I did go see the Specials and that was amazing. I think they might be post, post post though, which makes it a different thing. Best of luck…
