Put your (Android) phone’s settings on to Bluetooth with a group of vaccinated people, a rake of  odd 12-digit numbers/letters will come up (as above) waiting to connect to a device.. Then do the same with an unvaccinated group (if you can find them). Those numbers do not appear. Try it or better still can you explain it?
