Following last week’s Reefer Special (which focused on nuns in the end) Broadsheet on the Telly returns tomorrow at 11.45 with a pay day end of month spring in its step and a brew on the stove.

Topical matters will be chewed over by the panel but if you would like them to gnaw on a particular news morsel close to your belly please leave suggestions below.

Next Monday, later than scheduled, Broadsheet on the Telly hosts a Whistleblower Special featuring whistleblowers and their families and friends.

A firm handshake to, above from left: Neil Curran, Mike McGrath Bryan and Johnny Keenan, our all-male panel from last night’s Broadsheet on the Telly.

Owing to a number last minute cancellations and [frown] a few ‘no shows’ we were left without women for only the second time in the show’s history.

Subjects manfully wrestled included a bit of Fennelly, Irish Water protests and foreign direct investment. Much boyish enthusiasm, towel snapping and ‘sailor talk’ ensued.
