A convicted sex offender has appeared on court accused of watching pornography in a public place and simulating sex with a mattress.
Martin Gregory Coll, of no fixed abode, is charged with committing an act of a lewd, obscene or disgusting nature outraging public decency.
He is further charged with indecent behaviour.
The charges relate to an alleged incident at Lavery Fold, Asylum Road in the early hours of August 23.
The 52-year-old was remanded in custody.
