During Sunday’s ‘friendly’ soccer match against a team of political opponents led by his sworn enemy, La Paz mayor Luis Revilla, Bolivian president Evo Morales committed the foul of the decade, kneeing opposing player Gustavo Cartagena right in what was coyly described as the ‘testicular zone’.

The incident happens at 0.37.

Not only did Morales avoid a red card, he tried, unsuccessfully to have his bodyguards arrest Cartagena. Final score 4-4.
