‘Harlem Shake’ has now been sitting on top of the  US Billboard Top 100 chart for three weeks. Culture File (weekdays 6.40pm on RTÉ Lyric fm) reported on Billboard’s decision to count views of home made user videos on YouTube towards a songs position in the charts …and if the Irish charts will follow suit.
