Yesterday.
The International May Day March, organised by the Dublin Council of Trade Unions, took place in Dublin with participants walking from Parnell Square to Liberty Hall.
Eamonn Farrell writes:
[The march] highlighted the homeless crisis and other social issues affecting the lives of trade unionists, the unemployed, immigrants and other sections of society, including Ellie Kisyonbe (above) who protested about the plight of asylum seekers who are not allowed to work.
