Attractive to the eye.

Popular among social groups.

But enough about that bloke.

What’s all this Jibbr jabber?

Stephen Malone (above) writes:

Jibbr is a new irish-made app to help friends organise activities and request favours from each other. I thought broadsheet readers might be interested.

Basically Jibbr was designed to help people get together and waste time with their friends in the real world and not on social media…

I left university and founded Jibbr in early 2014, The problem (pre-Jibbr) came from the fact that it’s a pain in the bottom organising stuff with friends.

Think about the back and forth calls and texts, last minute changes, key information getting lost in chat strings and timelines…..it’s social media not being so social and that’s why we created Jibbr. The app makes it easy to request favours from friends and to organise Activities.

We’re funded privately to date and launched our beta in December 2014. We quickly realised we needed some tweaks, the reliance on Facebook registration was removed because no one has 700 actual friends! Phone contacts are the personal network that we go for a pint with, call upon when we need help and they’re the ones that we ultimately trust, Jibbr makes it easier for people to leverage and organise their most important network.

The app is in the stores for iOS and Android. Just visit here from your phone to download.

We’re also using an ambassador program to help spread the Jibbr message and we’re actively REcruiting ambassadors who can register their interest through link below. Thank you.

Fair play in fairness.

FIGHT!
