Not you.

The following (amid some hanging chads) won yesterday’s ‘I Would Like To Go To The Leviathan Thing Because…’ competition.

i would like to win the leviathan thing cos I am a US politics student and if I go to the event it might reawaken my interest in US politics because at the moment I am slowly losing all enjoyment of the subject due to the never ending graphs and charts.

I would like to go the Leviathan thing because … since the imposition of Saorview I don’t have a TV – and since I don’t have synaesthesia, listening to the radio means I miss out on all those lovely red and blue graphic charts, maps and displays.

I would like to go the Leviathan thing because…

“The time has come,” the candidates said,
“To talk of many things:
Of jobs, and debt, and income tax,
Of terrorists, and Beijing,
And why the sea is boiling hot”…wait no not climate change.
