Ray’s And Stark Bar restaurant in LA – described by manager Martin Riese (himself a self-styled ‘water sommelier’) as having ‘Los Angeles’ most extensive water menu’ – a 45 page bill of fare with waters rated from ‘sweet’ and ‘salty’ to ‘smooth’ and ‘complex’.
Riese’s own brand 9OH2O retails for $14 a pop because it’s made “in limited editions of 10,000 individually numbered glass bottles.”
