In Temple Bar, Dublin 2.

A new pop-up shop called The Shop That Nearly Wasn’t – in aid of  Breakthrough Cancer Research – was officially opened by Senator David Norris on Tuesday and will remain open until Tuesday, February 11 (while there’s also an online outlet).

Several workshops and events will also take place while it is open.

They write:

“The shop is selling a unique range of products made by cancer survivors from all over the island of Ireland, including art, photography, books, crafts, clothing, protective sports gear, and even a Michael Flatley limited-edition print.

It is a celebration of all the things that cancer survivors can do because scientific research has saved their lives. Those attending the launch will have the opportunity to meet some of the cancer survivors who have contributed to the shop, browse the exciting collection, and hear about Breakthrough Cancer Research’s ground-breaking work.”
