Gemma O’Doherty keeps making veiled references to Callinan’s nickname in the park.
Is that what you are referring to?

      Gemma O’Doherty Retweeted Sean Murray
“#MartinCallinan denies claims by @boucherhayes that he blackened the reputation of #MauriceMcCabe. I’m reminded again of Callinan’s infamous nickname in the Phoenix Park #DisclosuresTribunal”

Putting aside Dave Taylor’s evidence as he can’t provide any details to most of it except what was already known publicly, there’s still the statements from Philip Boucher Hayes, McGuinness, Deasy and John Barrett about Martin Callinan bad mouthing McCabe.
There’s also the lack of evidence such as missing computers, phones, no minutes, “can’t recall” etc.
There’s the O’Higgins inquiry with the “McCabe was motivated by malice and said as much to me” which apparently is from a combination (apparently) of bad eyesight, small phone screens and only giving a cursory glance before signing a sworn affidavit, as you do.

I think Taylor has been an awful witness and I’m sceptical of his evidence. IMO, his position as a witness is destroyed and it seems that he’s motivated only by revenge and a vendetta against NOS, BUT a very similar scenario was attributed to McCabe in O’Higgins, until he produced his tape recording of course.
