Artist Fergal McCarthy and his man-made tropical floating island on the River Liffey in Dublin where he will reside until next Saturday (September 18). The installation is part of ABSOLUT Fringe which opens this weekend and runs at various locations throughout Dublin until September 25.

Monday’s release of the new Blu-Ray box-set of the Star Wars saga, gave George Lucas yet another opportunity to tweak the original films. Here he’s added a new layer of meaning to the final redemptive act of Darth Vader. A heartfelt ‘Nooooooooo!’ that was never there before.
See? Now you’ll have to destroy your stupid old-ass box-set and buy this one.
