Patrick Coultry, from Cabra, Dublin was stabbed and killed at Ireland’s first ‘Punk Rock Festival’ (headlined by the recently reformed Radiators From Space) held at UCD, Belfield, Dublin, in June 1977, prompting the coverage (above) in NME.
