Create a Thai/Irish dish to win a free meal for two from from Diep Plus tickets to Taste of Dublin, kicking off tomorrow in the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin.

The winner:

“Superquinn sausages chopped and fried with sweet thai basil, kaffer lime leaves and lemon grass. Served on mashed sweet potato or Irish potatoes with a “gravy” of galangal, tamarind and chilli. Thai style bangers and mash.” (Dubrugger).
