Exactly. Besides BS, has this thread not been done to death at this stage? How about highlighting the conditions that the homeless have to settle down to/awake from – raise some awareness. Any tool with a camera phone, while walking over a bridge can do the above. If you want celebrate good photography, challenge someone to capture something decent.
