    What’s so unhealthy about a full Irish breakfast? Beans, sausages, rashers, pudding – they’re all good for you. Damn sight better than cocoa pops Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs anyway.

    Go easy on the toast and skip fried bread; other than that, it’s fine.
