Anytime there’s bad rain it floods. Nothing to do with Irish Water – simply an underpass that has bad drainage.
Along with the insane road “improvements” & giant pavements construction that have been going on there for months.
But not to worry – at least they managed to get their irrelevant dig at IW in, anyhow.
