My friend’s brother Ben is missing in Dublin City centre. He is mentally handicapped and is unable to cross roads alone and is vulnerable. He is about 5 foot 5 and was last seen in the Dawson Street/Grafton Street [Dublin] area. Can people keep an eye out for him please?
