Russel Brand is like a real life broadsheet comments section – Entertaining, aware of all the problems but short on realistic solutions

Er, I’m not smart enough or dumb enough to be political. Can I be Minister For Not Taking Things Too Seriously Because I’m Lucky Enough To Never Be Too Affected By Any Of The Issues Of The Day?

Ah yeah, here he comes: Mr “I’m alright, Jack”…

Don’t you realise that it’s shameful not to work yourself into a daily hypertensive frenzy while making the same points over and over in internet comment sections?

          You make me sick!

Just leave that complaint over there, Mick, I’m nearly on 250 keepie uppies and I’m damned if I’m leaving my post today before I reach that milestone. I’m not there yet, but I’m getting there.

To paraphrase Hemmingway: “Poor Brand. Does he really think big emotions come from big words?”

Northing more entertaining than famous writers hating one another.

Of course big emotions can come from big words. I’m just not sure what’s supposed to come from Brand’s sentence above. A headache, possibly.

I cannot express politely how much i hate Russell Brand and would enjoy dancing on his moronic, anti democratic face.

I disagree (shock I know someone disagreeing on the internet). His form of pseudo-intellectual wanabe anarchism distracts from understanding more complicated but more realistic ideas that might actually just work. His brand (no pun intended) of political revolt lite is kinda like giving artificial sweetener to birds in winter, they like it but it’ll leave them starved for change in the long run.

D’ye tink his Messiah’ness logs inta Broadsheet?

Love the man meself. But he’s a cat person. So ya know. I wouldn’t.
