Pulled Pork AKA Beef in BBQ sauce or BBQ sauce…….The people in the food industry love the shit, poor quality meat and in so much sauce you couldn’t distinguish what it is. €€€€€€€€€€€€
But you there’s a difference between looking for a cut with a lot of connective tissue that long cooking will convert to gelatin; and making pulled pork with bad beef and drowning it in sauce to cover it up.
The former is one of the nicest things you’ll ever eat; the latter should be punishable by forcing the sinner to eat every last awful bite they’ve cooked…

Doing that to pulled pork… that’s just WRONG.
Slow cooked meat like pulled pork, etc. would usually be made using a cheaper cut of meat anyway.
