I’m running for election in my students’ union in DCU [Dublin City University, Glasnevin, Dublin]. When I was canvassing some on-campus accommodation I came across a number of incidents where the service provided was disgraceful, including slugs in the communal kitchen. I’d appreciate if you could highlight this, because it’s simply not acceptable that this occurs in a university owned company.
But how did they get in?
They did ‘OK’ in the Leaving.
Fair enough.

Why not contact the local EHO first and foremost, who can help you a considerably lot more than us gobplops around here ?
(or have you done so already?)
+1
We are gobshites like
What do you mean “we”, paleface?
I’m not a gobpoo. I’m a gobdaw. Subtle but important difference.
Which political family are you part of?
He’s Fianna Fáil, apparently. I’m sure there’s a decent slug joke in there somewhere…
They probably crawled up the wastewater pipe. If there’s a dishwasher or washing machine in there the wastewater pipe generally is just a flexible hose shoved into the open end of a drain pipe and the critters can crawl their way in.
and if the slow moving easy to spot slugs are there… god knows what else has got in.. the place could be crawling with budding politicians..
Why are you telling us? They’re only slugs for god sake, did they lay off the campus hedgehog or something?
We need more on that big green fella!
Salt.
It was in good nick when I left it! Kids these days…
