Well, at l;east they cordoned off the bin with traffic cones. I just hope there’s at least 5 or 6 DCC staff with whistles directing people around and away from this hazard.

heard Dublin Zoo was a solid mass of people yesterday. Awful stuff but good for some of the animals.

  I wonder what the animals thought? Do they have an equivalent of our wildlife watching? Were they saying ‘Oh, look! Its the humans. They always swarm when the temperature rises’

The whole park was chocca yesterday… we got in easy enough, but getting out was a bit of a nightmare!

Still, it was well worth going and getting a bit of hammock time in…. bliss.

What is it with people and their love of queuing…..get out your phone, go onto Zoo website, buy tickets, stroll up to prepaid collection entrance where there is no queue and walk in….
