      In fairness, its upper bohermore, so little more than a stones throw from Eyre’s Square. Its tiny, but its probably worth that in terms of rental income.

          ? If it’s likely to be a rental property of course it is. Even if it isn’t likely to be a rental property, potential rental income is the best indicator it is of financial value.

    Looks like it was built in a gateway, there’s hardly right of way there somewhere. I remember somebody telling me there was a shop in Athlone with a right of way across the shop floor, you could walk in the front door out the back door and go on your merry way.
