No they wouldn’t. It’s called invitation to purchase. If it is a legitimate mistake, and the price on display is not the price they charge you can complain and get your money back, but you don’t have any legal right to the goods at that price. It is illegal to bait goods like this intentionally however. (source Customers Protection Act 2007)
