My Mother deserves a day at Ladies Day at the Horse Show because it will give her a chance to sport a fetching hat thus taking the pressure of my boyfriend to pop the question.

Bertie’s mother deserves it by virtue of being the greatest head-giver to ever grace dolphin’s barn on a rainy Tuesday night.

  2. Rosticle

My wife deserves a day at Ladies Day at the Horse Show because last time we were going to the horses on ladies day my wife didn’t want to go because she thought it read “Lad-ies Day” and was just for lads.

And so she didn’t go and now there’s a hole in her life the size of a ladies day event.

my ma deserves to go to ladies day at the horse show, cos standing beside horses makes her @rse look smaller.

I deserve a (free) day at the Ladies Day at the Horse Show because my partner is mad into the whole shemozzle so I’ve been dragged the last few years, and will be again for this one. But we’re skint and proceedings aren’t much fun when you’ve only got a contraband can of fanta between the two of you for the day. Help me get my day drunk on BS!

My mother deserves a day at Ladies Day at the Horse Show because she played an absolute blinder at my brother’s wedding last weekend by being utterly charming and well-behaved. Now I think she deserves a chance to wear the hat and outfit again but this time be able to unleash her more free-spirited nature!

My wife Grain deserves a day at Ladies Day at The Horse Show because something like that can really STIRRUP the emotions, she and a friend can get up to some HORSING around, and I can say “You’ll never be PASTURE prime” – which will keep me in a STABLE relationship!

… would also help if I spelt her name correctly – “Grainne” not “Grain” – Damn you, autocorrect!

  7. Chuckenstein

My sister deserves a day at the races because she fights a constant battle to keep up with the Joneses and a chance to mingle with the high-heeled brigade would perfectly suit her delusions of grandeur.

My Mother deserves a day at Ladies Day at the Horse Show because she’s been putting up with a mare like me for 25 years and deserves to show off her homemade hats

My Mother deserves a day at Ladies Day at the Horse Show because she has trained hard and has shown great form of late.

Quit your equining, we will qualify and you will be at home eating dry cream crackers.

My friend deserves a day at Ladies’ Day at the Horse Show because he’s a single fella and he’s broke at the moment, and I’d like to set him up with a nice lady who knows how to ride, properly – and still be classy, and TBH, I can’t see his financial situation improving before August 2016, much less August 2015; also, I still have the stray dog I gave a home to a month ago, and she’s very expensive to keep because she loves her food; so much so, that I’m poor now, and she and I now share big tins of dog food from Aldi, and, I’ve given up on my dream of winning a Yo! Sushi voucher. THE END.

I’d never noticed it before but Pippa O’Connor has a slightly horsey look about her.
