Has the ‘London GAA’ team beaten any of the county teams from the mainland? …or the NY lads, have they beaten any mainland teams?
If I say ‘mainland’ again while referring to Ireland, will I win a prize?

My Irish is well rusty, but shouldn’t it be “Garda Éireann” using the “thiss-all ginn-a-deacht” rule similar to the Guards? As in, if it’s “of” then the object reverts to the sigular of the noun? Anyone?
