The ‘Skysphere‘ created by New Zealand native Jono Williams – an elevated cylindrical apartment with 360 degree views of the surrounding landscape, accessed by an internal ladder, powered by photovoltaic cells with internal systems managed via smartphone. To wit:
…systems include a fingerprint entry motorized door; refrigerated, in-couch beer dispenser; solar powered management system; miracast projector; wireless sound system; and computer generated voice dialogs. williams has also built a custom queen size bed, added dimmable, colored mood LED lighting, high speed internet, a central ladder for entry and a rooftop starview platform.
Plumbing, a hydraulic lift and ‘modesty glass’ are planned for version two. For now, you pee among the nearby trees.

“a central ladder for entry”
What about exit?
If it’s not a fireman’s pole I’m not interested.
The 9th century monks would have loved that. Laughing their holes off at the Vikings.
Truly the house of the future. (No toilet)
What use are the ‘fingerprint scanner’, ‘miracast projection’, ‘in-couch beer dispenser’ and ‘high speed internet’ WHEN YOU REALLY NEED TO TAKE A POO?
Trapdoor, “Gardez Loo!”
God’s rattle.
Ha deadly! This is the exact same brief we got a few years ago in University and someones actually gone and done it!
