The Office Of Your Dreams

at

Main Room & Kitchen Main Room

French windows.

Spectacular views of Dublin.

Chairs.

Perfect for a dynamic start up/person just out of rehab.

Freelance journalist Barry H writes:

I realise you don’t normally do this but I’m looking to sublet two of the three rooms in an office suite I work out of on Dame Street [Dublin]  located just up from the Olympia [Theatre]. The main room is approx 16 feet by 14 feet and is L shaped with a kitchen to the side. The other room is approx 10 feet by 14 and the two rooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The office comes complete with two desks, two chairs along with cabinets, shelves, broadband and a middle aged hack who keeps odd hours. It also has its own bathroom and access is 7 days a week around the clock. The rent is low and the bills are even lower! If you’re interested drop me a line to barryhartigan@gmail.com and we can discuss how to do a deal….

Does this not make Barry not one of the hated landlords that Broadsheet are continually clutching their pearls over?

Rob_G , “the rent is low and the bills are even lower” . No details of cost, but landlord is willing to discuss ” how to do a deal”. A Broadsheet pearl to be clutched firmly to it’s puppy dog bosoms!

it’s a sublet, i doubt there’ll be a lease or security of tenure in whatever ‘arrangement’ is made.

Sure aren’t there 4 lovely desks beds there already, just throw a bit of linen on them.
I’ll give you €700/month for it Barry.

Wanted 4 people to share bedsit luxury rooms – €850 per month per person

*Crap did I just post those two posts in one

The “French windows” will serve to distract from the “spectacular views” of the rooftop next door. ooh lala

Yes Nilbert, that is what is inferred by the “middle aged hack who keeps odd hours” . Need to keep it clean to pass the “crude” filter.

So basically, he’s rented a place of business that is 3 times too big for his needs, and he now needs to rent out about 66% of it to make it work…?
