I realise you don’t normally do this but I’m looking to sublet two of the three rooms in an office suite I work out of on Dame Street [Dublin]  located just up from the Olympia [Theatre]. The main room is approx 16 feet by 14 feet and is L shaped with a kitchen to the side. The other room is approx 10 feet by 14 and the two rooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The office comes complete with two desks, two chairs along with cabinets, shelves, broadband and a middle aged hack who keeps odd hours. It also has its own bathroom and access is 7 days a week around the clock. The rent is low and the bills are even lower!
