What you may need to know:
1. Studio fixer Eddie Mannix (Josh Brolin) finds himself in a tight spot when Baird Whitlock (George Clooney), the star of a big-budget prestige picture is kidnapped (no funny stuff).
2. The Coen brothers track record in comedy has been a bit patchy since Oh Brother, Where Art Thou? back in 2000.
3. Although Intolerable Cruelty (2003) is a guilty pleasure.
4. Joel and Ethan seem to have developed an unhealthy obsession with Clooney’s teeth.
5. They are lovely teeth, in fairness.
6. Broadsheet prognosis: Epic hail.
Release Date: February 26, 2016.

Ah, here, Burn After Reading was decent too.
It was awful – a load of contrived wackiness with no ending. Their worst film by a mile.
Oh Scarlett….
My life would improve immeasurably if I could just see whatever the hell the Coen brothers see in George Clooney.
He’s a really rank actor but a decent human being by most accounts.
what in their comedy cannon has been poor since Oh Brother Where Art Thou?
Burn after Reading and the Ladykillers both stank.
Ladykillers was drivel, I’ll give you that, but it’s a remake.
BAR I thought was good, dark humour, not taking itself too seriously
As for no ending, that tends to happen a lot with their stories no?
