Going to EP16?

Munkfisht writes:

Your readers who are planning to go to next year’s Electric Picnic may want to know that Ticketmaster and Festival Republic have changed the sale terms of the loyalty tickets.
The original deal was being offered until midnight on the 30th of November. They have now changed this and are only offering the tickets until midnight on the 2nd of November.

This is what the site tells you. What it doesn’t say is if you want to get them you also need to apply before Friday. There doesn’t seem to have been much information spread about this and my guess is Festival Republic and Ticketmaster are moving the goalposts due to a high demand on the loyalty tickets.

it’s a terrible kip you might as well poison yourself with alcohol and choke on your vomit in the comfort of your own home playing youtube videos.

Was it really bad this year?
I haven’t been in ages, was hoping to bring the missus (who’s never been) to next year
        Not worth it?

Try body and soul in June for a truly lovely boutique festival. I found EP this yr was not great at all and I’ve been 4 times. The campsite at times was a bit too reminiscent of oxygen and in no good way. The security was way too much. Made feel like a criminal for bringing an unopened bottle of water into the arena. And just expensive in general. I went to a poxy little festival in a field around the same time and had a much nicer time. Felt safer too.

This is… A typo in one place is one thing, but emails sent out with the codes also quoted the 30th of Nov.

Simple flakiness and lack of attention to detail from “creatives”.

    Nothing more sinister.
