Cork Examiner believes men should be at home breast-feeding their infants. That they’re not at home producing milk is all the evil employers’ fault who refuse to pay (let’s just ignore biology for now). That employers are too busy providing value to shareholders and not up-to-speed on the latest doomed variant of failed 1960s liberal Utopia is an outrage. Mandatory Examiner lessons is the only solution.

And if companies that provide value to shareholders decide to hire in India or the Middle East or Russia, who will pay for the nappies?

Have you been masquerading as Marian, John? Thanks for the biology lesson, oh wise sage. Strangely, this whole paternity leave namby-pamby nonsense actually works in some countries. Some weirdo feminised emasculated men actually enjoy spending a few weeks or months with their new born children. Freaks of nature no doubt John, eh?

Gosh, what will the liberal agenda think of next?! The mind boggles – thankfully John, you’ll no doubt be around to remind us all as to the difference between wrong and right. Because you know, more or less.

Did you see your Children before they were 18? I suppose the Boarding schools probably let them home fo Holidays but with the Governess and Various Downstairs Staff to look after them it might have been difficult.. Still, better seen and not heard eh old chap?

In fairness, they do it to themselves. Their left of the Guardian attempt at the social reengineering of Ireland is quite pathetic. It has no intellectual basis other than what a few UCC and UL graduates think is really cool and progressive. Oh and anything the church does, we’ll do the exact opposite, while doing everything we can to pull down their efforts. Examiner folks know what’s best after all.

At least the Guardian is somewhat fashionable (depending on what gay/lesbian/Labour/public payroll circles you mix in) and they do technology very well. Did I mention they make money and are read widely abroad? And influence British voters and British academics? I despise the London Guardian, but at least there’s a certain honesty to their self-destructive perspective of politics, society, culture and the world.

What about equality across all sections of society. If Daddy and Mammy at work can avail of parental leave, then so too should single people. Let’s call it “self” leave.
