What you may need to know:
1. Sorry… What?
2. Don Cheadle directs himself in this biopic of Miles Davis.
3. He should have directed himself to speak up a bit.
4. “Mumble mumble jazz mumble guns mumble mumble nice bit of heroin. *Cough*.”
5. Cheadle also co-wrote the script. He’s taken some obvious liberties with the truth.
6. Broadsheet prognosis: Have you seen this cat?
Release Date: April 22.

In Europe he was known as Kilometers Davis, in case anyone was wondering.
The title for most predictable comment of the year has just been won.
By you! Congratulations my friend!
You know you coming in to point out you knew it is almost as bad as me saying it, right? :) I didn’t know it was well known and even wasn’t sure if I’d just thought of it or heard it before; you know those kinda ones.
Anyway your comment hurt my feelings given the standard of predictability here.
I laughed Mikey fwiw*
* feck all probably
Not at all…. He’s was knows as the Davis Royale….
That is brilliant!
Looks a more like a biopic of a black Al Capone who sometimes plays the trumpet.
There were a lot more guns in jazz than I was led to believe.
I actually read Davis’ autobiography. Its very funny – everything and everybody in it is some variation of motherfupper. He had a lot of anger.
It’s amazing – There’s at least five sentences without the word “Fupp” in them.
“He’s taken some obvious liberties with the truth.”
What Liberties, out of curiosity?
