Maybe they had it booked ahead of the killings; can’t really blame them for not wanting to find themselves further out of pocket by cancelling a gig that has probably already been paid for. I’m sure that business is down enough as it is…

Why would it be in bad taste? the hotel has no responsibility for gangland killings and have a right to run their business have a duty to their staff to do so

I’d suspect not as they’re not having a murder mystery night. What they are selling is tickets to a show in the Bord Gais theatre, dinner before, and B&B after. That’s VERY different to your faux-outrage made-up night of entertainment.
