When you’re on the move and you need to turn any dress into an Irish dancing costume – fast.
Maybe they stop cat callers?
I still wouldn’t wear one. Cat callers are how I know I am still a sexy lady and therefore valid as a human being!
Or when you need to tell a crowd to whisht and gather round for a ten hour yarn, a la Peig Sayers
tacky and aimed at people who like the shopping channel is my view.
