Architect and illustrator Rafael Aruajo is something of a Zen master when it comes to the Golden Ratio and its manifestation in the natural world. Sez he:
I was 15 when I started noticing intelligent patterns in the world of nature—spirals, sequences, proportions. This secret of nature’s beautiful designs unfolded before my very eyes. Everything I draw is by hand. I don’t use a computer, just a pencil, compass, and a protractor.
His meditative process will soon be available in the form of the Golden Ratio Colouring Book (currently massively overfunded on Kickstarter).
I like this :) …make a nice gift.
It’s my birthday on Friday…
Better collect my tux from the dry cleaners…
I’ve a bun in the oven for you
With a few too many candles for my taste, I’d wager
A little late in the game.

Actually Alex Bellos does fantastic puzzles every now and then on the Guardian website
+ at least a dozen or so recent designers. Latency lines…
