I think they’re staying but they’ve moved a lot of their staff out of that George’s Quay building – heard they only occupy one block now

asked an Ulster Bank pal, she said the bank is indeed only in one block as renting the whole thing was way too hideously expensive. And hadn’t been rented out to anyone else yet as nobody wanted to pay those kind of rates!
